I'm not a big fan of free traffic exchanges. Usually they will just succeed in wasting your time. However, two free methods I recommend very strongly (and use myself) are:
TrafficSwarm
Advertise your movie here. It’s free. Just make TrafficSwarm your
startpage. While listening to the training calls, you can click for
credits.
It is very simple and can provide some real leads.
Instant Buzz:
Instant Buzz is a small viral toolbar that is the only other
traffic program I use on a regular basis. It is very, very
effective. If you don’t have an account, sign
up for free here and request your Instant Buzz
invitation. It's also free.
You collect credit everytime you surf the net and anytime any of your friends or family surf the net also. Very cool!
(PS - Once you have an account with Instant Buzz, you have the option to buy an unbelieveable amount of credits for only $79. This coupled with the highly active forum will snag a couple of sales for you.)
