There are thousands of free resources online for advertising. The problem is that it takes too much time to submit and ad to all of them. I do not recommend or use internet classifieds. Most submission software programs you can buy are simply scams. Be careful with your advertising dollars.
I have used the follwoing services which are good IF you carefully pick a keyword and optimize your ad for that keyword: USFreeAds, or YahooAdPost. In which case, they can be highly effective.
Now not all of the traffic you’ll get will be good traffic with money. But it is a low-cost method you may find works for you.
